1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a binding agreement between the bdt hgzy platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using bdt hgzy's website, mobile application, and related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the full content of these Terms.

These Terms are written in English and apply to Bangladeshi users. If there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

Providing accurate and complete information is required when registering for membership at bdt hgzy. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and other identifying details provided at registration must be genuine and correct.

2.1 Required Information

The following details must be provided at registration:

Full legal name (as per national ID)
Active mobile number
A valid email address
Date of birth (for age verification)
A strong password

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. In such cases, bdt hgzy reserves the right to permanently close all related accounts and cancel any bonuses held within them.

2.3 Account Verification

bdt hgzy may at any time request a copy of a national ID or other government-issued identification to verify a member's identity. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to use bdt hgzy's services is 21. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform. Providing a false date of birth at registration will result in account cancellation and any funds held may be forfeited.

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for deposits and withdrawals at bdt hgzy. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

5.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a request is submitted, payment is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used to make the deposit.

5.3 Transaction Verification

bdt hgzy reserves the right to verify any transaction for security purposes. Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions, and such transactions may be placed on hold.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bdt hgzy's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Before the bonus can be used, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

6.1 Wagering Example

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. To become eligible to withdraw the ৳1,500 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

6.2 Bonus Terms

The bonus applies only to members making their first deposit
The bonus may be claimed only once per phone number, email, or payment account
Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met
If the bonus is claimed using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed
bdt hgzy reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time

6.3 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is available across the four tiers of the bdt hgzy VIP program: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting products at bdt hgzy operate according to defined rules. It is the responsibility of users to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before participating.

7.1 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted or displayed due to a technical error, bdt hgzy reserves the right to cancel or review that bet.

7.2 Sports Betting

For bets placed on football, cricket, and other sports, match results will be settled according to the applicable rules. If a match is incomplete or suspended, the platform's specific provisions will apply to those bets.

7.3 Game Results

The results of all casino games, slots, and live dealer games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or through a live dealer. If a game is interrupted mid-session for any reason, the result will be determined based on the last recorded state.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdt hgzy:

Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
Abusing bonuses or employing strategies to claim bonuses more than once
Using unauthorised software, bots, or automated systems to increase the chances of winning
Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform
Colluding with other members or operating a syndicate
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
Providing false or misleading information
Operating an account on behalf of a minor

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, bdt hgzy reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bdt hgzy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. This action is generally taken in the following circumstances:

If any clause of these Terms is violated
If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete
If fraud or deception is suspected
Upon a court order or at the request of a law enforcement agency
If the account has been inactive for an extended period

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

bdt hgzy is committed to protecting the privacy of members' personal information. Full details of how information collected through use of the platform is stored, used, and kept secure can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Personal information will be shared with third parties only when legally required, necessary for payment processing, or directly related to the provision of services. Information is not sold for advertising or marketing purposes without the member's prior consent.
